AI is where philosophy needs to be applied most urgently right now — and where people who can think across both sides have something specific to contribute.

My background is in data science and engineering. My deeper interests are in philosophy, psychology- expressed through the questions of how society organises itself — how we think, why we value, how decisions are, and could be made under uncertainty.

AI has become the place where those things converge. The technical decisions being made right now are also deeply human ones — about consciousness, agency, ethics and what kind of society we want. They're being made fast, mostly out of public view, and the window for meaningful input is narrowing.

People who can think across the technical and the philosophical, societal and ethical angle, have something specific to contribute here. That's what I'm trying to do.

For technical implementation — data science, infrastructure and platforms designed with the same questions in mind — I work through Asciendo.
